• Assist and encourage the development and integration of a health and wellness
ministry within the parishes.
• Offer ongoing guidance for the faith community nurse or health ministry team.
• Act as a liaison between hospital and community groups and forums.
• Sponsor quarterly support/ network opportunities for the health ministry /
faith community nurse teams.
• Provide professional growth and educational support through bi-annual
in-services.
